Empower Life Residential is a licensed Adult Residential Facility (ARF) that provides 24-hour care, supervision, and support services for adults with developmental disabilities in a safe, supportive, and person-centered home environment.

We serve adults with developmental disabilities who would benefit from residential support services designed to promote independence, community integration, personal growth, and quality of life.

Empower Life Residential is designed to provide personalized support in a comfortable residential setting with a limited number of residents, allowing for individualized attention and meaningful relationships.

Yes. We welcome referrals from Regional Centers and other approved referral sources.

We focus on teaching and reinforcing skills that help individuals become as independent as possible, including personal care, communication, and decision-making skills.

Person-centered planning means that services are designed around the individual’s goals, preferences, strengths, and needs. Residents actively participate in decisions about their lives and support plans.

We work closely with Regional Centers, service coordinators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement and support each resident’s IPP objectives through daily programming and individualized support.

Yes. Community integration is a core part of our program. Residents are encouraged to participate in recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, educational programs, social events, and other community experiences based on their interests.

Our staff receive ongoing training in resident rights, health and safety procedures, emergency preparedness, behavior support, medication assistance, and person-centered practices.

We maintain comprehensive health and safety procedures, emergency preparedness plans, medication management systems, staff training programs, and ongoing supervision to support resident well-being.

We believe in open communication and regularly collaborate with families, conservators, service coordinators, and support teams regarding resident progress, needs, and important updates.
